| the quality guidelines of “pursuer the zero defect of production quality ”, imitated the production type of “green environment protect, |

| This supervision and auditing certification lasted for 2 days, the auditing section based on the criterion of GB/T19001 -2008, |
| GB/T24001 -2004 and GB/T28001 -2011, and auditing to the each department of Tederic Machinery. The auditing section through |
| the ways like communicated with the high managements, referred to the scene document records and the different solutions for |
| each department, also collected a lot of objective evidences, to make objective judgement for company quality management system. |
