spare parts for machinery represented and supplied into New Zealand.
Should you require a part to repair your machine Machinetech may
already have it in stock and if not the machine suppliers can
forward most common parts from their own stocks and with today's
express couriers the parts can be in New Zealand within a few days.
If you have a particular problem with your process and need expert
help Machinetech can advise you how to overcome the difficulties and
have your plant up and running in a short time.
Machinetech has experienced engineers on staff ready to fault find
and repair all aspects of your machinery from injection moulding,
blow moulding, extrusion, including mechanical, electrical,
electronic, hydraulic or pneumatic problems.
Preventative Maintenance Contracts
We offer a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Contract for
your individual company needs. Preventative Maintenance will help to
keep your machines running at their best performance and can help
prevent possible valuable down-time from preventable breakages and
faults. Our contracts are based on the individual beeds of each
customer, but usually entail a visit every 3, 4, or 6 months
depending on your requirements for service. Special requests for
service on certain machines can be added to the contracts. Our
contracts are based on a fixed cost tailored to meet your
requirements. A complete service contract for your machinery can be
offered on a regular basis to prevent faults developing and ensure
the machinery is maintained up to the highest possible standard at
all times. This is in the form of a regular visit by our technicians
every 3 to 4 months depending on the work load of the machines to
service and lubricate each machine for a fixed sum of money. This
will minimise your down time caused by preventable break-downs and
allow you to budget maintenance costs.
Other Services
Machinetech also offer a complete turn-key installation service
on new machinery from the product conception to the finished product
running on a new machine in your factory.
Machinetech Ltd. has access to a number of used machines either
machinery that has been traded in on new machines or we can source
the equipment you may require.
