Colour Dosing Units

Volumetric Color Dosers suit proportional mixing of virgin materials, regrinds, masterbatch or additives.  Brushless DC gear motor is used to drive the dosing screws according to set percentages within the accuracy of plus or minus 1%.  A range of gear motors are available with reducing ratios at 30:1 or 75:1 with 12, 14 and 18mm Diameter dosing screws and outputs ranging from 0.1 to 38 kg/hr.  Two units can be fitted if required.  We may need to order for special requirements.
